no scope electronic engineer in Pakistan because every company hire experience man and not fresher fresher not easily to get job in pakistan

very limited scope. Pakistan is not a Electronics producing country but a consumer country of it. If you are an engineer an interested in this field, then don't feel down but then try abroad and may return back in future to give Pakistan this market and opportunities in this field.
