Use this life in ways that you get closer to make the life in the Hereafter a good one. Thus, the most precious thing in life for me is faith in Allah.

My most precious thing is my parents in my life ... as they don't live with us much (long story ..we r in karachi for studies and they are in jeddah KSA) so i can do anything for them ... and will be will be soon inshaAllah :)

the most precious thing of my life is my Religion and the faith on it and if you know IMAN is the thing didn't complete until or unless we love our Prophet (SAW) more than everything even more than our life so i can do anything for my Prophet (SAW) just for his and God's Happiness.

the most precious thing in life is your worship of Allah SWT. everything else comes after, even that thing you wanted to do to earn. trust in Allah's rizq (provision) but begin with what you have always wanted, because often... if you love what you do, the money will follow inshaAllah.

Keeping religion aside, the most precious thing in my life is 'Memories'. I want to have lots of special moments in life which I can cherish FOREVER :)
