i lost my cnic color copy, should i report that to the police station or it doesnt matter, i have my original cnic with me .

Hello .... i have question
I lost the color photocopy of my cnic somewhere on my way home . If someone does some illegal activity againt the cnic copy.,will i be held responsible.
My original cnic is with me

I am not sure, but I would say call your nearby police station and ask them. They will guide you best. I faced a somewhat similar situation and phoned them, and they were helpful.
